Back-Up Your Purchase – This is not a file hosting site and we are not able to store your orders for future downloads. Please download within 24 hours. We suggest you back-up your purchase to an external hard drive shortly after downloading. We are not able to send files or links to your past orders. This is not a storage or back-up site. You are fully responsible for protecting your purchase and backing up your own files.

Know The Product – Please read carefully to understand the differences between the products. Examples: Do not order a “DVD to Burn” if you are looking for a video file to play on a tablet. Do not order a “DVD by Mail” if you are expecting to download instantly. Also, please be mindful in the differences of video resolution, i.e. 1080p, 720p, 480p.

Ordering IP Address – Do not use proxy IP addresses. To prevent sharing of links and secure the downloads this site will only allow downloading from the exact same IP address used in the payment process. Please do not order from office or coffee shop and expect to download later from home. It will not work. —This site is not meant for cell phone usage.—

Understand Downloading – The products here are large files. A “DVD to Burn” can be as large as 3GB and take as up to 6 hours to download. The download speed is determined by many factors and your Internet speed is the last of them. If the server is busy (as it usually is) the speed will be slower and repeatedly clicking links will not help.
